In Karl Zimmermann's Burlington's Zephyrs on page 150-151, there is a picture of the Nebraska Zephyr with 3 of those Flexivan cars.

If I'm not mistaken, someone posted a pic on here not too long ago of a Q passenger train with a flexi-van in the consist.

The Flexivans offered by Walthers are based on CB&Q prototypes. They were equipped with steam and signal lines for use on passenger trains but were never used as such. As a matter of fact they were not used in any service for long.
