I took "Mid-America Railcar Leasing" off the business card of the fellow (Justin Sobeck) who hosted me for the MTZ visit. My own confusion about "Missouri" (I drove down from the Macomb meet to see 9903 and 9908) extended to overshooting and ending up over the river in St. Louis. I guess it has stuck with me! :) I'm attaching a Google Maps screenshot with the latitude and longitude. 9903 is still just where I saw it. (Attachments are coming in very useful--thank you, Dave!)
