<*>[Attachment(s) from Kenneth Martin included below] Mike, I don't know if this will help. I just got use of a Q Industrial Properties book showing land for industrial properties. One is Montgomery and they have this photo in it. The area in the black line is 500 acres. The book doesn't have a date but since they show a set of FT motors on the front I would guess it is late '40's.
