John/Bob, The Walthers car was not used on the Q or GN, but for a short time after WWII and 1947, was assigned by Pullman to the North Coast Limited. One such car was "Palm City." When the streamlined Obs arrived for the NCL (the last car type delivered?). I believe these were returned to the Pullman "pool" and were not kept by the NP. I'll try to check it out.
