I think it was my comment that you were referring to. There is a photo of
205277 (which I believe is a TM-5) in the MoW slide set
and labelled for the Alliance rotary plow.
I haven't a list of the allocation of company service and MoW numbers (time to
start creating one!) but, looking at other equipment
in the 205xxx series, I presumed that this was a general MoW series relating to
track work as opposed to distribution services.

Someone mentioned that some of the 231000 series tank car were renumbered into
the company service series of numbers. The 231000
series was a company service series assigned to the Stores Department for fuel
oil and lubrication oil service just as the 220000
series was for ballast cars (these cars were considered both company service
and
revenue cars).
