I realize that model companies will letter models for roads which did not use them to sell more products, but I am hoping that a Walthers solarium-observation I bought a couple of weeks ago might have a CB&Q or related prototype. I have gone through BB #42 *Exposition Flyer *and my four Bill Glick passenger car books, and even Tom Patton's *Pullman Project, *being unable to find one. The model is an 80' Pullman solarium-observation (plan 3975C), but the big mark against it is that it has three large solarium room windows on each side, which none of the Q solariums had, having only two. The model is lettered for the Q with nothing else on it. It is on the Walthers website with item no. 932-10453, if you would like to see a photo of it. I am hoping that if Q did not have this car, maybe NP or GN did to run with Q trains. - John Manion Denver, CO [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
