According to Wagners " THE COLORADO ROAD" FW&D engine #31 was a 0-4-0 built in 1888 by Cooke and dismanteled in 1906. The book has a picture of it in 1890. #31 was the only 0-4-0 on the FW&D and was built to work in the Ft. Worth yards.
