I am hoping that somebody can answer a few question to help the detailing of my model railway. My modelling is progressing quite nicely, with the depot more or less complete. I have been studying the photographs (p54, & P55) in Michael J Spoor book CB&Q in colour - volume 4 and it shows that there was a small yard off the Elmwood Branch. My questions are 1. How many roads were there in the yard (including the branch line) 2. Did at least 1 track run round the shed and rejoin the branch line 3. Was the shed railway property and what was it used for.? 4. What was the yard used for? (the photo shows MOW equipment) My photos from 2008 show that the area was being used for storing of track etc. 1 last question, When was the wooden bridge over the main line, just west of the depot, replaced by the modern steel & concrete one. Many thanks to all those who have responded to my previous questions. Paul Evans. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
