It's from "The Prairie Historian", a collection of bulletins from the local historical society. They are the memories of the locals there and a few newspaper clippings. There are a few tidbits of information about the CB&Q in general too. Please let me know if anyone is interested. One thing I found interesting, mentioned in the book, was that there was a pond in Woodlawn IL, that used to hold geese that were driven into town from the area, untill they were shipped on the RR.
