More great info - we need a volunteer to contact ea of those who have posted, 
get material, pics, etc & do the Zephyr article.  never done an article?  No

I do have a little bit of information on the lake at Waltonville Illinois. It's 
from "The Prairie Historian", a collection of bulletins from the local 
historical society. They are the memories of the locals there and a few 
newspaper clippings. 

There are a few tidbits of information about the CB&Q in general too. Please 
let me know if anyone is interested.

One thing I found interesting, mentioned in the book, was that there was a pond 
in Woodlawn IL, that used to hold geese that were driven into town from the 
area, untill they were shipped on the RR. I am not sure if it was for the L&N 
or the Q, but I am sure it was parcticed by a lot of the railroads
