[CBQ] Re: CB&Q steel silver cabooses

Overland did a run of NE12's around '94. They also did the NE13 and NE13B 
extended vision a couple years earlier. They were all available either factory 
painted or undecorated. Not sure how many Overland ran, they don't seem to show 
up too often.
