Wow.  Making the bridge operational 10 years before its construct is indeed an 
ambitious goal.

      just posted nine more pictrues to the bridge photos.pictures 65-69 will 
look a little fuzzy as they were taken this afternoon in a little snow 
shower.picture 69 is a close up look at the west tower couter weight and as far 
as i know they still have to be filled with concerte to bring them up to the 
correct wieght.another piece of information was gotten this past week in that 
the bridge is to be operational by february 15,2001
