and with style of clothing of the men working with it I'd guess the snapshots 
were taken late 40's/early 50's (trucks lasted longer on any RR than auto's)  
Now we need to get someone to make an HO model of a "40-47 Ford COE dump which 
of course could accurately be used on layouts into the 50's.  Tks to all who 
helped ID activity & truck! (Jim & Jan, Steve & John)  A true team effort!

That style of Ford CoE was built from 1940 until 1947.
