RE: [CBQ] New CB&Q Book

I leafed through it briefly at the Dubuque train show yesterday. It's loaded
with color photos of the Zephyrs still operating post 1955. Most pictures
are from the 1960s. There's very little text except for photo captions. The
book is pretty thin for $60, but the photos are printed in vivid color, so
maybe that's the current market value. I didn't buy it, but I may reconsider
if it rises near the top of my priority list (unlikely, since I model the
early 1950s).

I recently came across a listing for a new book, Burlington Route Through
Passenger Service, by Geoffrey Doughty.  I have another book by him,
Burlington Route - The Early Zephyrs.  Is anyone familiar with this newest
book and it's contents?
