I have one I bought years ago with the three coaches. My main problem with it was the typical Hallmark problem at the time of being slow and noisy. Same with my E-5. A friend turned me on to a company called "E&P" that made replaement trucks(less sidefrrames). They also had all six wheels powered. I bought a pair and replaced the trucks on my E-5 and it improved it enough I bought another pair and replaced the power truck on the Charger. I then added lead weight and it has pulled nicely since(faster but still not a speed demon.) 8^) I had put in a constant brightness light and an Emrex mars light but recently removed them and added DCC and used their mars light. I have ocassionally made up the consist you are looking at and it looks nice. It does get some strange looks at the club, but I am used to that. As Dick Schultz asked I would love to see a picture of S. Pendulum hooked to the Silver Charger. But I doubt it ever happened.
