On behalf of Jach Ferris, I have posted his flyer and a photo he took of the 1955 fan trip that ran through his home town of Farmington Iowa. Look under "Photo Albums" and "1955 Fan Trip - Jack Ferris" Hope you all enjoy it, and here is Jack's story: "Ray, The post regarding the August 6, 1955 fan trip behind 637 reminded me of a slide I took using a 35mm camera borrowed from our priest in Farmington, Father John Hebenstreit. I had graduated from high school that May and was working when the train went west in the morning, but was able to catch it on the return trip. I had the print made to aid in constructing the outhouse/section shed in the foreground. It was the first time I had used such a camera, plus apparently the slide was dirty, consequently the quality is poor. I scanned the photo and the flyer for you. Do you think either are worth uploading to the BRHS web site or Yahoo library. If so, how does one do that? Regards. Jack" Jack, yes both are very worth of posting to the Yahoo list, which is what I just did. Thanks.
