I always heard the B&B Gang called the Bridge & Building Gang. They lived
on a work train and moved all over. I was offered a B&B job in 1958 and
turned it down. I opted for a switchman's job 1960 and my father talked me
out of taking the Tri-City job, so I joined the US Navy.
