Yes, that is very possible but 204614 still was not a "derrick" it was a pile driver. --- On Tue, 5/11/10, bobnelson61 <bobnelson@comcast.net> wrote: From: bobnelson61 <bobnelson@comcast.net> Subject: [CBQ] Re: Q Derrick Photos To: CBQ@yahoogroups.com Date: Tuesday, May 11, 2010, 9:51 PM Re: Q Derrick Photos --- In CBQ@yahoogroups. com </group/CBQ/ post?postID= z1p-LoHpP0noeHgN X60xlKqbmPmTBiFt tk7SmQEunE2pxyUi \ NU9CruWieVHim63j9S8 IhITG2hS20js> , "John D. Then why does the letter from the superintendent of the M.&S.L. state, "You were in charge of the CB&Q derrick 204614 and assisted in reconstruction of the bridge between Abingdon and Berwick?" Are you suggesting that Grandpa's No. 204614 may have been there but it's a different derrick in the photos? I had never considered that.
