In Mike Spoor's CB&Q In Color books 2,3 and 4 are a number photos of U28B's,
each of which shows them coupled to other units (as
opposed to heading a freight by itself) but in none of them are they coupled to
other U28B's. The four photos of the 106-115 group
shows them in Galesburg (#114 - Volume 4 page 16), Burlington (#110 - Volume 3
page 53), Ottumwa (#106 - Volume 3 page 73) and Clyde
(#108 - Volume 2 page 26)
