[CBQ] 16 Section Sleeper Conversion

The CZ 16 section sleepers were rebuilt to 48 seat coaches in 63-64.  
Externally, it appears no changes were made, what was done internally?  I 
assuming the bathrooms would have remained the same, however, which way would 
the new seats have faced, towards the vestabule end?  Again, assuming here, 12 
rows of 4 seats, two on either side of the aisle.
