As I recall. the late David Morgan stated. when the picture was reprinted in 
RAINS Magazine years later, that the Q did not want him to publish the picture 
ecause they felt that the cigar did not reflect well on the company image, but 
e disagreed and published it anyway.

orner...This is a relatively small photo...Seems like there was an almost full 
age photo in another issue...probably earlier. 
 I'll keep an eye out, but this will get you started and maybe help out 
isney's relative. 
 BTW During my time on the "Rock Island Dave Visney was an operating 
fficer..TM. .Supte etc..about my age or older..Now mid to late 70's. Didn't 
now him real well, but this may be a relative..
