Buffett's tendency is to buy only companies that he determines are sound and 
well managed.  Then his practice is to let the company's management continue 
to run the company.   Most of his past decisions have been correct. 
Interesting that he chose the Burlington over the UP, which has its HQ right 
under his nose.  BNI stock will convert to BRKB stock which will split 50 to 
1.  From what I hear, wall street isn't very impressed.  We will see.
