The diner at Sandwich, Ill. is built around the body of CB&Q car 4438.
 Can anyone identify its builder and date?  I haven't been able to
find a roster for early wooden passenger cars.  The current owner's
website and menus say it's a Pullman car originally displayed at the
Columbian Exposition, but I don't know how much of that to believe.

BTW, I recently had a Sandwich diner sandwich and it was pretty good.
