If F is for 1400hp,
and E is for 1800hp.
C is for cast (as in SC)
and W is for welded (as in NW).
What does "T' in FT stand for? Truss?
And what does TA stand for/ represent?
The CRIP had a few TAs.

If I recall correctly, the combined horsepower in the original E-units
was eighteen hundred and were designated by that number.
