It was the current owner and as recent as a year ago.
No bad words or hostility, just no interst in seriously talking about doing any
N Scale.
I have enough information to do the projects on my own and probably will.
If you would like to talk so we don't duplicate efforts or you need information
to make a
project of any efforts let me know off list...
