The building appeared to be well kept by BNSF and I don't really see 
the point of why demolished it. They could've easily offered the 
building to the city. It would be pretty hard and expensive to move the 
building to the railroad park but maybe the city could've turned it 
into a small museum or something along those lines. Out of the two 
depots in Rochelle, I would've rather had the CB&Q depot preserved then 
the other depot on the CNW, which is in much worse shape then the CB&Q 
depot ever was.
