That is hilarious!

I doubt that manufacturers of Heart Valves have the level of interaction with
Doctors and Patients that we do.... although maybe it
is because the lawyers handle the perceived problems for the estates of the end
users!!!

You would be surprised at the errors that can sneak into production.....
You might be surprised at some of the errors that are on products that no one
has ever noticed!!!!
Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees on artwork that you've worked
on.
Even having a fresh set of "experts" eyes checking the art doesn' t guarantee
catching (in retrospect) obvious boo-boos.
Some times the preproduction samples are okay but when you open the container
doors your jaw drops!!!!
Of course, each of you that have day jobs NEVER have any problems with your
products or services...... nor have customers
that aren't happy with what you've done or don't have the ability to make them
125% happy with their purchase.......
The Model Railroad Industry is special.... few areas that I can think of have
customers that have such a detailed and passionate
interest in the products that are produced for them.
I doubt that manufacturers of Heart Valves have the level of interaction with
Doctors and Patients that we do.... although maybe it
is because the lawyers handle the perceived problems for the estates of the end
users!!!
