By-the-way, you don't happen to be the same Kenneth Martin that does all of the 
great research & drawings of South Park rolling stock? Just curious.

Brian,

I suspect it is a C&S passenger car from series 538-548 built by Pullman 
in 1906. The car in Nederland is also from this series.
CB&Q 1906 was a baggage-mail converted to a baggage car and renumbered 
in 1923.
