I'm just about done modifying and detailing an old NPP M4A and am having some problems with oxidation on some of the solder joints. It looks like a white powder that won't wash or scrub off. I've heard of useing baking soda and water, but that did'nt work and neither did brass polish. The baking soda seemed to have stoped it from getting any worse, but I'm afraid to paint it until I can get it removed. Any ideas? Thanks, John. Yahoo!
