The answer of apples is getting closer but not there yet. Here's another 
hint. When the cars carried this product they moved primarily in the fall and 
winter(though the product moved year round). The product required heaters 
rather 
than ice at this time. The mechanicals would be set to keep the product from 
freezing. Another tip. Near the end of this product service it came in a frozen 
form and the mechanicals kept it frozen. Somebody has got to get the right 
answer so I can tell "the rest of the story".
