  The only Dutch Drop I know is a Dutch Salted Licorice.

  This may not be EXACTLY a runaway but, in an effort to keep the 
  current thread alive, the mention of a "Durch Drop" was made. Leo and 
  R (no MI) Campbell stay outta this one for a while please.
  Can anyone explain the actual mechanics of a real Dutch Drop?
