indicate they were radio equipped.  I've only seen photos of NE10 and NE12
waycars in this scheme.

I need some clarification about the maintenance of way orange waycars.
Were these in general use or only used for MOW type services? When did
the orange waycars first appear. I read they survived into the merger
period in orange? Is that true.
