The Q also had (IIRC) 24' smoothside containers used to haul pineapples
from HI. There is a photo in the Overton book on CBQ history and in one
of the employee mags. I'll have to double check the details tonight
when I get home.
BTW - just finished reading a book call "The Box". A non-technical and
easy reading on the history of the conatainer and it's effect on the
economy of the world. Good section on the Matson history and it's
operations in the 1960's - which was pineapples!
