[CBQ] National Car Co.

Does anyone know what happened in 1970 when BN was formed to the Burlington's 
reefers MNX 1700-2443 that were operated as National Car Co. cars from 1949 
onwards?  Bulletin 12 shows that almost all of them were still on the roster in 
January 1969 but they are not listed in a September 1970 BN equipment list with 
other Burlington Refrigerator Express cars.

Also can anyone advise if these cars were actually leased to National Car by 
either CB&Q or BRE, or was it some other financial arrangement?

Finally, was ownership of the BREX/WFEX organisation taken over BN in 1970 and 
what happened to the BREX, BRMX, RBBX, etc. cars?
