Last night I was looking at photos via www.northeast.railfan.net (rolling 
stock / reefers) and found a BN reefer sub-labelled Western Fruit Express, 
so maybe that is the answer.

In passing, I found a large number of CB&Q photo thumbnails which connect 
through to the originating web site (freight cars, doodlebugs, passengers, 
etc.)  Worth a visit.
