[CBQ] Havelock Baggage Car Paint Schemes

I have a California zephyr photo (grand junction Co 1969) that shows a
Silver CB&Q havelock baggage instead of the usual CZ baggage  car on
the head end. I have also seen these painted green and silver with
shadow lining. Does anyone know the timelines for these different
version of the havelock baggage car paint schemes ? I have a silver
version - which I have only seen in photos during the 1960's but not
prior.
