I knew this was coming from from Athearn from an announcement at the
NMRA convention in July. This is the first picture I have seen:

Gondola is CB&Q class GM-3 series 197000-197014 built by P-S in 1937.
There were also GM-3D's 197180-197229 that came from Havelock in 1958
painted Chinese Red (see Spoor's Color Guide P. ??).
Based on the GM-3D picture in the CG, the Athearn car is close, but
actually has two extra panels. Based on the GM-3D picture there should
only be three panels between the &Q and the B in BURLINGTON. Also,
only three panels between the N in BURLINGTON and the Burlington Route
herald. Otherwise, looks like a good stand-in. Unless maybe the
original GM-3 had the extra two panels. Anyone know?
