Since no one else has responded to your request, I offer what little 
assistance that I can.
I worked as a relief agent-operator on the Beardstown division from 1951 
thru 1959 so I have some insight into operations there during that period. 
Incidently, Whitehall, Il was on the Beardstown and St Louis Sub-division 
and Jacksonville was on the Concord and Centralia Sub-division.  I worked 
many shifts at Concord during the 50's and remember ore trains split into 2 
and 3 sections to get up the Arenzville hill.

I have a scanned Time Table of the Beardstown Division done by Russ Strodtz.
