[CBQ] Athearn 50' flat w/ 2 25' trailers

Hi to the Group,

I hope this question hasn't been asked previously but here goes.
Is the new Athearn 50'flat car with 25'trailers anywhere close to 
being prototypical?
Also I is there a Burlington Bulletin or similar where I can get more 
info on TOFC service on the CB&Q?
