Now remember these Pullmans I've listed are the Budd built post war sleepers.
I know many went on into Amtrak service with some going through the Amtrak
HEP conversion. Also in the late 1960's the Burlington had I think 2 Slumber
Coaches from the NP placed in Q ownership, I'm not sure which ones.
Right now as far as HO models go the only completely prototype models would
be the Walthers Slumbercoach and these would only be the 2 that the NP
transfered into Q ownership. As all the above listed sleepers (Pullmans even
though
built by Budd) had the full skirting. The NP Slumbercoaches didn't have the
skirting. BLI has plans to build the 1948 CZ 10-6's. But Silver Crag and Silver
Chasm won't be prototype for the BLI CZ Cars.
All the Burlington Pullmans have been produced in brass by different
importers.
