List, Can anyone on the list recall the implementation of expedited run- through freights on a NYC-CB&Q-UP routing sometime during the 1965- 1966 time period? I believe the westbound train may have been symboled "GG20" (perhaps on the NYC side). I am curious about this new service because it may have caused the diversion of interchange traffic away from the Peoria Gateway and the Q's Galesburg - Peoria line. Thanks in advance for any info, David P. Jordan Peoria, Illinois list owner, finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/PeoriaRails ------------------------ Yahoo!
