John & Listees:

Page 31 of "The Sleeping Car - A General Guide" recently published in
soft-cover by the ACL/SAL Historical Society and written by Ted Shrady,
gives the whole story. With the weary disclaimer that I get not a nickel
in referral fees, this fact and color photo filled book is good value
for money. The answer is, of course, ambiguous, and you need specific
car name and date for an accurate answer.
