I'm new to this group having just been directed to you.
I have a great interest in the early years of railroading, and the
locomotive rosters of the CB&Q and associate lines. I am trying to
find what appear to be missing locos for the Hannibal & St Joseph to
and during The Civil War period.
My Roster shows the following, and I would like very much to know
the missing locomotives. The H&SJRR numbering system I have shows
gaps for 28-29,32-36 & 39, but that numbering system is based only
if the following is correct:
Norris 1
Mason 2-5 & 14
Bemis 6-13
Taunton 15-27 & 30-31
Hinkley 37 & 38
If correct this should represent the roster up until about The Civil
War or so, and this early period is what I am most interested in.
Any help here will be most appreciated, and I thank you in advance
for your help.
