Did anyone ever use the GHQ n scale parts for converting a Kato 2-8-2 to a
Southern Railway locomotive to make a Q O-4? Looks like it could be done,
but would need an additional flat smokebox front (except for the 5508/807),
plus an oil tank. The cone-shaped Kato headlight doesn't look very good
either.

How about the Bachmann n scale 2-8-0 for conversion to a C&S B4R? It has
the right size drivers.
