All the diesel locos in my train simulator have a single power control, an 8
position throttle. Seems to me the F3 and F7 locos I remember from the 1950's
had 2 control levers, a 4 position power (volts, amps ?) control and a throttle
(I think it had 8 notches). Anyone have a short explanation on driving one of
these or a link to a site that has an engineers operating manual?
