Ken Martin is correct; Al Krug's diagram is incorrect for Rule 501(f); 
"Diverging Approach" is a steady yellow on the second signal head down.  Now if 
you 
want to really see a "cluster ....", check Amtrak's signal indications for 
Chicago Union Station.  There are 58 different indications for what took the 
original Chicago Union Station Co. basically only 5 indications to get you 
anywhere on their property.  That's your tax dollars hard work!
