The Silver Maple was sold by STL NRHS to the Heart of Dixie NRHS to 
finance the restoration of the Silver Larch.  The "Maple" had some 
work done on it at IL Transit before heading off for HoD's demo 
railroad in Calera, AL.  The "Larch" is now Amtrak compatable and is 
poised for an exciting summer charter season.  Look for the Silver 
Larch in some interesting places........................
