Jim,
During the mid-60's there was an almost daily delivery
from Corwith to Cicero by the AT&SF. Seems that one of
the freight house's at Corwith did some loading via
Billings Shipping. These cars were usually brought over
right around the middle of the day to connect with #83.
Often would include SFRD cars as AT&SF provided many of
them for loading forwarder freight at their freight houses.
To the best of my knowledge there was no CB&Q to AT&SF
deliveries made during this period.
Another interesting AT&SF-CB&Q movement was cement. Some
winters the Illinois River/CS&SC would freeze to the extent
that the Chicago area cement distributors would start to get
nervous and order up all kinds of rail car movements from
the Hannibal area. As would be expected there was no car
supply base to protect this and when it did occur the first
road they would go to was the AT&SF for help. The AT&SF cars
would be interchanged to them at Galesburg for the movement
to the Chicago area. Universal Atlas at Argo was switched by
the IHB and they were not overly ambitious about dividing
empties by road name. I never refused any AT&SF cars, just
sent them to Hannibal.

Pepper, You didn't indicate your prefered era, but hope this helps.
In Oct 1968, the ORER entry for the CB&Q lists the following
interchanges with the ATSF: Atchison, KS; Bucklin, MO; Cicero,IL
(direct or via Illinois Northern); Clearing, IL; Concordia, KS;
Congress Park,IL(via IHB); Denver, CO; Ft. Madison, IA; Galesburg,
IL; Kansas City, MO; Leavenworth, KS; Medill, MO; Peoria, IL(via
P&PU or PT Co. to Pekin,IL); St. Joseph, MO; Streator,IL; and
Superior, NE.
The ATSF listing adds Chicago,IL(Western Ave-direct or via
Illinois Northern); Chicago,IL(Corwith Yard via IHB); Kansas City,
KS; McCook, IL(via IHB); Pekin,IL(via P&PU or PT Co. to Peoria,IL).
