For all of those who've helped me with information, ideas, pictures, leads etc.
over the past few years, I wanted to let you know that the K-line from
Burlington (staging) through Keokuk to Hannibal (staging) is now complete and
the trains can run a non-stop lap around my basement. Still years of work to
do, but it sure is nice to watch a long freight winding its way through the
tracks past the depot. Again, a sincere thank you to all the members of the
list who've helped me to piece Keokuk together from hundreds of miles (a
thousand?) away.
