Paul,
The shade of green was discussed a while back on the list.
I seem to recall that someone mentioned that the shade of
green that the Q chose was the same color green as used by
John Deere on their tractors. After that discussion, I
picked up a can of "John Deere Green" and left a sample to
dry. The shade is awfully close to Scalecoat 2 BN Green or
the Badger BN Green. (I'll admit the bottle of Badger I
used was the first incarnation of their water based line,
but I'm ASSuming that the current variety is matched to the
same chip.)

Some of the difference in the color of the Q's Green and BN
Green (I know, which batch of Cascade Green) may be that the
paint the Q used didn't seem to weather all that well, the
yellowish shade might be from some of the fading. Funny
thing is that most of the weathered cascade green that I've
seen seems to loose the yellow and turn more blue as it
ages. As far as the hockey sticks that I plan on doing I'll
most likely toss a few drops of yellow into some BN Green to
change it a little, it will also tend to lighten the green
just a shade.
