Could you be referring to the Kansas City Clay County & St Joseph? This
was the only line in that area besides the St Joseph & Interurban which was
a local operation at St Joseph.

Where can I get information (and pictures) about the old Kansas City,
St. Joseph & Council Bluffs, an interurban serving the cities named?
Wasn't there are another interurban serving roughly the same
geographical area at about the same time? If so, what was its name?
Was any of those lines¡¯ right-of-way incorporated into the
Burlington? Is any portion of those lines still in existence? When
did they give up the ghost?
